Mummers fans have written of Mummer organizations in their area that strut at local events.  I began to wonder how many groups there may be throughout the U.S. If you know of an organization, e-mail me on the Contact page with the information ( name, address, website URL and email address if possible). Broward County Mummers (900 SW 54th Ave, Margate, Fl) 
James P. (Jimmy) O'Neill and Jack Handley (Jack has recently left the BCM), started the Broward County Mummers in February 1977.  The Band is a non-profit organization that plays about 50 performances a year.  
The Broward County Mummers Band wishes to keep the tradition of Mumming alive, but they need new members. To contact the Band for either membership or performances, call Jack Hultman at: 954-956-7212

SunCoast Mummers (Ellington, Fl)
The SunCoast Mummers String Band was organized in 1977.  We have performed throughout Manatee, Charlotte and Hillsborough Counties.  Our Music Director is John Schweizer.  John would like to extend an invitation to retired Mummers moving to Florida.  "We're saving a chair for you."
